• Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa – Treatments will be scheduled between 11am – 2pm on a Saturday and access to the facilities is strictly limited to 4hours        

• Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is only available Monday - Thursday 

• The ‘From’ price featured on The QHotels Collection website is per person per Spa Day and available at Ashford International Hotel & Spa,  on selected dates between March and May 2025.

• For online bookings credit / debit card details will be taken to secure the booking. The hotel will contact the customer prior to arrival to take payment.  

• For bookings via our Call Centre, credit / debit card details will be taken to secure the booking and payment will be made on the day. 

• Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% and any cancellations with less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
